Includes:

  • An indoor lifestyle session complete with a living room and bedroom setup and access to various other furniture pieces to create that perfect lifestyle feel.

  • These sessions also offer the option to do a portion of the session outdoors at one of the unique riverfront parks just six minutes from our office.

  • Access to our client’s closet featuring a selection of maternity and non-maternity dresses.

  • Pre-session consultation. During this call, we’ll talk about all of the things most important to you during your session and the best setups/furniture to use to match your overall goals for your session.

  • Includes advanced editing, such as blemishes and stray hair removal.

  • An optional 30-minute album/print consultation after the session.

  • Sneak peeks the following business day with the remaining delivery of images via your online gallery within two weeks.

  • Print options are available for pickup in as little as three days.

  • Personal printing rights.

  • An easy-to-use online gallery delivered to you via email allows you to organize your images into favorites to download in both print and digital quality. Your gallery will remain active for a minimum of two years.

  • These sessions require a $50 non-refundable retainer charged at the time of booking, with the remainder due on the date of the session. If you are scheduling this session as a part of a wedding package with us, this retainer will be applied toward your wedding invoice. No images will be released until the session balance has been paid in full.

  • Looking to avoid unfavorable weather conditions? These sessions are perfect for sessions in the mid-summer/winter and rainy season timeframe. Stay cool/warm with a large indoor setting that allows your hair to stay pristine while preventing those not-so-flattering weather effects like sweating in your photos. Plus, you never have to worry about rescheduling your session due to a rainy day.

  • Looking for a mix of indoor and outdoor? Our lifestyle space is conveniently located six minutes from a cluster of Jacksonville, NC's most unique riverfront parks (shown in pictures below). This allows us to do a large part of the session indoors while finishing the session with some photos outside on rainy, windy, or humid days.

  • Trying to find a date on our calendar and don’t want to wait a month or two for our next opening? As lifestyle sessions occur in our office and keep us closer to home, our studio sessions follow dates reserved for office days, opening up availability in as little as one day.

  • Looking for images with more perfection? One of the most significant advantages of indoor lifestyle sessions is our ability to control lighting and hair placement to create more perfect images. After your session, as each image isn’t varying in color/lighting balance as outdoor ones do, this more controlled environment also gives us more time to focus on more advanced editing techniques, like blemishes and stray hair removal.

  • We can be fully creative! They say art starts with a blank canvas, and photos are no different. From lighting, props, furniture, and atmosphere spray, these sessions provide a platform to create truly unique images that turn an ordinary session into a work of art.

 

Frequently asked questions

  • Setup Before the Session

    All of spaces are setup (i.e. furniture, carpet/flooring, decor), and lighting are preset before your arrival to allow you to come in and start your session with ease.

    Our Waiting Area

    Our waiting area also provides an assortment of snacks and drinks, including hot cocoa for those cold winter days. After your session, if you would like, we’ll also sit down with you to go through print and album samples and answer any questions you may have about orders you may want to place with us.

    Liability Form & Payment

    Upon your arrival, we’ll have a short liability form for you to complete and collect any remaining payments due for your session. As is customary with all of our sessions, payment is due in full before any images are released unless it is a part or addition to a wedding package with us.

    If this session is one included or added to a wedding package, your retainer paid when scheduling this session will be applied toward your wedding invoice.

  • Sessions are limited to a total of 8 people per session. For families over 8, an additional 15 minutes will just need to be added per family member over 8. (+ $75 before tax)

  • A non-refundable retainer of $50 is due when reserving your timeslot. Fine art studio sessions can be rescheduled at any time and can be done online through your confirmation email. Please note that payments for these sessions are entirely non-refundable but are considered retainers that can be used for future sessions or events.

  • Yes! Fine art sessions include advanced editing to remove skin imperfections and stray hairs.

    We do not, however, include any editing that alters your appearance, such as body or under-chin slimming. These requests would be at an additional expense.
