What is live streaming?
Live streaming allows friends and family to experience your event or wedding from far away. Unlike casual FaceTime calls on a phone or tablet, our live streaming services use professional cameras, high-quality audio, and robust streaming software to deliver a clearer, more reliable connection for your guests, while also capturing a polished multi-angle recording of your ceremony. All of our live streams are hosted on a platform built specifically for live events, so viewers can simply use your unique URL on our site to watch. Skip the hassle of logins and make it effortless for your guests to join in and enjoy the moment.
For live streaming, we offer two types of services, one that if feed through a single camera and audio source and another that includes shifting between multi-cam and audio sources with a team on staff to monitor.
Single feed
Normally perfect for weddings, this option involves a computer directly connected to one of our cameras in the back, which sends both audio and visual feeds through our live streaming platform. For the finished product we do set up additional cameras to capture higher-quality, multi-angle footage, but only a single camera is streamed live. These live streams are monitored by one member of our team to ensure smooth delivery. This option is ideal if you don’t need your remote guests to see every possible angle.
Pricing
Ceremony: $500 + tax. This includes one videographer onsite to deliver a live stream of up to 30 minutes. A charge of $200 per hour after is charged in 15 minutes increments for any additional time after the first 30 minutes. Includes delivery of a high-quality, multi-angle recording of your event/ceremony that was live streamed.
Ceremony, Speeches & First Dance: $1,000 + Tax. This includes one videographer onsite to deliver up to three live streams of up to 30 minutes each for your ceremony, speeches and first dance. A charge of $200 per hour after is charged in 15 minutes increments for any additional time 90 minutes of live streaming time. Includes delivery of a high-quality, multi-angle edited recording of your ceremony, speeches, and first dance.
As An Add-On to Wedding Photo Packages: $350 + Tax for Ceremony Only
As An Add-On to Wedding Video Packages: $175 + Tax for Ceremony Only
Multi-cam feed for high end productions
This option is for events where you want multiple camera angles in play for your live stream. Typically providing at least four cameras total, these live stream packages include a two-person team: one operator who monitors and switches between angles, plus one additional camera operator who monitors and repositions cameras throughout your event. This option does require a dedicated space to set aside for our switchboard. We also recommend coordinating with your event’s audio engineers to ensure compatibility with RODE wireless microphones.

Packages include
Your Own Dedicated Webpage. Before your ceremony, we’ll send you a short form to complete so we can create a dedicated webpage on our site just for your live stream. The form includes space to write a personalized welcome note to your guests and to add a link to your gift registry, plus the option to submit images of the two of you that we can display as a gallery on the live streaming page. That page also features a guest message board where viewers can leave congratulations and comments while watching; you can return later to read and respond to those messages. A Dedicated Member of Our Team Onsite From Live Stream Setup to Teardown. For live streams, a member of our video team arrives at least one hour prior to your scheduled start time to set up and test equipment. To provide the very best live streaming service possible, a team member is always present to operate, control, and monitor the live stream while it is broadcasting and recording. For ceremony live streams, this typically means a team member will be onsite for roughly three hours; for live streams that cover additional parts of the day, our team members are normally onsite for approximately five to seven hours. On packages that already include videography, the live stream uses the camera equipment already on site, so the person handling the live stream will be the videographer already scheduled that day — and because a ceremony recording is already included within your package, you will notice a significant discount for clients who book packages with us that already include video.
Professional Camera Equipment, Mics & Software. Live streaming is an area where we have made a significant investment. Every live stream is captured with high-quality professional camera equipment and recorded for reliable playback. We also use RØDE microphones equipped with wind-resistant covers to ensure consistently clear, high-fidelity audio even in breezy outdoor conditions like the beach.
Professional Live Streaming Software. Unlike Zoom or other conference software, the live streaming platform we use is designed specifically for businesses and brands that rely on live streaming as a central part of their operations and is a leader in stream uptime and quality of service. This robust software supports hundreds of thousands of simultaneous viewers, ensuring there are no restrictive limits on the number of guests you can invite to attend virtually.
A High Quality, Edited Multi-Angle Video of Events Live Streamed. We’re already there capturing these stunning moments, so we do more than just provide a live stream — we capture them as the masterpieces they are, ensuring you and the generations that follow can rewatch them in beautiful, lasting quality to relive the love and joy you shared. Our live streams, including single-feed broadcasts, are recorded with multiple high-end cameras (typically four, though in some smaller venues we use three) to provide rich, varied perspectives. Within one week after your ceremony, a polished, high-quality multi-angle video of the event will be posted to your page for you, your family, and friends to view, download, and treasure for years to come.
Access to Your Recorded Ceremony for Two Years. Your ceremony video is securely stored in our archival system and can be viewed or downloaded from your live stream page for up to two years after your event.
technical specifications
Live stream clarity will be determined by the internet connection available. For locations where WiFi is not available or for areas where wireless access points are password protected, this service will be streamed via AT&T cellular service. When service is unavailable, the live feed will be delayed until wireless access is restored. For live streaming, we provide and control all of the equipment needed to support your live stream, including a microphone, supporting software, camera, and tripod. The live stream is directly embedded into our website making access for viewing easier for your guests. It does not require additional software or plugins to be downloaded and supported browsers include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Apple Safari.
