Overpayment Funds Request

If you’re on this page, it typically means that you had a package prepaid with us with session(s) and/or hours of coverage that you haven’t fully used by the end of your event. First and foremost, thank you sooooo much for allowing us to be a part of your day!! Now that you have some funds that are still available to use, you have a number of options on how you would like to allocate this overpayment. Please know you can choose just one option or a combination of options to suite you and your future needs.

  1. Refund of Overpayment. If this option is selected for any or all of your overpayment, your refund will be processed in the following way:

    1. Refunds are processed on the credit card(s) last used for payments to your account. This allows for us to be refunded for the credit card processing fees that were charged to us related to your payment.

    2. If for any reason payments cannot be refunded to this card(s), we will process refunds through Venmo, but please note credit processing fees charged to us will be deducted from the payments refunded to you through Venmo.

  2. Converting Overpayment to Print/Editing Credit with an Additional $20 Credit Per $100. If this option is selected, this print/editing credits can be used toward the purchase of albums, prints, wall art or editing services (including advanced editing and full gallery black and white conversions.) As our way to say thank you for your continued business with us, you’ll also receive an additional $20 credit for each $100 amount applied. (This is great option if you plan on ordering an album from us!)

  3. Converting Overpayment to a Gift Certificate. Want to gift a session to someone else? Overpayments can also be used for the purchase of gift certificates.

  4. Maintaining Overpayment in Retainer Status. Overpayments will display on your invoice as funds in retainer status. This means these funds are available for you to use at any time for future sessions or events. If you plan on doing future sessions with us and would like to maintain these funds in their current retainer status, you can add a note in the form on this page or simply do nothing. These funds never expire and can used for any available dates that we have.

  5. Gratuity. Please know gratuity is always completely optional!! If you would like to allocate any of your overpayment for gratuity, simply notate it in the box on this form.
