For all of our couples, you can expect to hear from us leading up to your wedding day with:
The 90-Day "Hey You!": If 90 days go by without us chatting, expect a "just checking in" email! We’ll send over helpful tips and a link to hop on a call if you’re feeling the pre-wedding jitters or just want to talk shop.
The Timeline Magic Trick: Once you finish the first three sections of your questionnaire (‘Couple’s Info,’ ‘Before the Ceremony,’ and ‘Ceremony’), we get to work. We’ll send you a custom pre-ceremony timeline to help you coordinate hair and makeup. It’s the ultimate "peace of mind" document!
The 1st of the Month Nudge: If your wedding month is here and we’re still missing your questionnaire, we’ll send a friendly reminder on the 1st. No stress, just making sure we have all the deets to make your day perfect.
The 3-Week Countdown: About 3–4 weeks before you say "I do," we’ll reach out to schedule our big Wedding Overview call. We find that 10–14 days before the wedding is the "sweet spot" where all your final details are locked in.
The Deep Dive (Our Prep Time): Before we hop on our call, we become total detail-obsessed ninjas. We review your questionnaire, check the weather/lighting forecasts, and map out our team’s movement to create a custom prep sheet just for you.
The Creative Vision Call: This is the big one! We’ll spend 45–90 minutes chatting through what matters most to you. Whether it’s more time with family or a focus on those editorial couple shots, we’ll find the perfect balance. Note: Since we’re basically writing a novel’s worth of notes during this call, we keep it to a phone call rather than video so we can focus 100% on the details!

The Venue Walkthrough
Want us to scout the grounds with you? We offer in-person venue walkthroughs! Because these often take 5+ hours of admin time between travel and being onsite, there is a $150 consultation fee (payable at booking).
P.S. If you have an All-Inclusive package, this is already included! The payment will just be applied directly to your invoice as a credit.
