We do not outsource or subcontract to individuals outside of our core team. Rest assured that every member of our photo and video team has worked together for many years, which creates strong familiarity, clear communication, and consistent results. While we may appear large, we’ve maintained our commitment to consistency over profits and never subcontract our weddings to other photographers or videographers. Likewise, all of our editing — both photo and video — is completed in-house by our experienced editors. Not sure which companies outsource? Reviews are a reliable place to check. When you begin to see varying names of photographers or videographers in reviews that you don’t recognize, it’s often a quick indication of what you might actually get on the day.

While you can pay ahead of schedule, we don’t offer any discounts to do so. Our deposit and retainer timeline is carefully aligned with the planning, resources, equipment, and time dedicated to preparing for your event. For that reason you’ll notice the largest payment is due one week before the wedding — these funds cover the resources allocated for post-event editing and final delivery. Concerned about keeping up with payments? Please rest assured that we send friendly reminders and also offer an Auto Pay option if you would like the convenience of automatic scheduling.

Let’s face it — life is unpredictable, and we understand this can happen. We’ve planned for situations like this and spent years investing in a dedicated space and building a community of over 100 trusted creatives, so we have the resources and network to find suitable replacements when necessary. If for any reason our team is unavailable in a way that prevents us from confidently delivering the quality of work and service we strive for, we will not risk compromising your experience — we will promptly issue a full refund and actively assist you in locating someone new, many of whom we know personally, so you can confidently book directly with a reliable, trusted professional. We understand that a photographer’s work always looks best when paired with their intended style, and we will always do our utmost to ensure you never have to settle, compromise, or feel uncertain about the person capturing your important moments.

Why? In an age where everything is shared, we understand providing a space where client’s know their private moments stay private is a luxury. Our galleries are designed to capture all the details — filled with every transitional moment and every intimate exchange. Sharing these moments as a whole with a stranger to do with them as they please feels, to us, like a breach of an unspoken contract. We choose clients over profits. While we value the sustainability of maintaining profits, the clients who have brought us to where we are today are even more valuable to us.
