We are a dedicated husband-and-wife team who are deeply passionate about serving others and creating classically inspired, timeless images artfully designed to preserve the authentic moments. With extensive experience in capturing over 550 incredible weddings and more than 100 five-star reviews, our unwavering focus is to consistently provide every couple with exceptional service by emphasizing promptness, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and a personalized approach tailored to each couple's unique vision. We approach every wedding with the thoughtfulness to be here to listen, offer helpful guidance and direction when needed, and encourage a calm, caring, and stress-free atmosphere on your wedding day.
Do you outsource or subcontract?
We do not outsource or subcontract to individuals who our outside of our core team mention below! Rest assured that every member of our photo/video team has worked together for at least four years, ensuring familiarity and consistency. While we look quite large, we have stayed within our values of ensuring consistency over profits and never subcontract our weddings out to other photographers or videographers. In the same, all of our editing — both photo and video — is still done in-house. Finding it hard to tell which companies outsource? Check the reviews! It’s surprising how quickly you can spot variances in photographers on the day by reading through client reviews.
Who will be capturing my wedding and sessions?
With every wedding or session we capture, Amanda or Lee (husband and wife) will always be there. For one photographer weddings, Lee is our lead wedding photographer due to his impeccable attention to detail. For two photographers, both Lee and Amanda will be there. For videography, Kurt is our lead videographer and licensed drone operator. Our team has one additional alternate who has worked with us since 2020 — Eric — who fills in for days where a team of four is needed, or in cases where one of us is sick. Our photo booths are attended either by Kurt or members of our studio staff.
For sessions, we break these out by category to ensure maximum efficiency. These are broken down into:
Lee: All Outdoor Sessions
Amanda: All Studio Session
Both Amanda & Lee: Bridal Sessions
Administratively, Amanda handles the primary bulk of correspondence and phone calls, while Lee completes the bulk of pre-ceremony photography schedules. This helps to ensure you are actively interacting with both of us throughout the process.
Everyone on our photo/video team has been trained in both photography and videography. If we would ever need to add an additional alternate, our policy is a one-year requirement of on-the-job training (this is the process of adding an additional photographer/videographer that is in training onsite that you aren’t paying for) before they would be incorporated as a strong enough alternate to join our team.
Do you offer any discounts if we pay in full?
We do not as we prefer and recommend for couples to pay within our normal deposit schedule. Our deposit/retainer schedule is aligned to correspond with the planning, resources, equipment, and time dedicated to preparing for your event. This is why you’ll see your largest payment due one week before as these are the resources allocated for editing post event. Worried about the stress of keeping up with payments? Please know, we always send reminders and we do provide an option to setup Auto Pay if you would like to.
What happens if you are sick or something happens where you are unable to make it? Let’s face it — life is unpredictable, and we understand this is possible. We’ve planned for situations like this and spent years investing in a dedicated space and building a community of trusted creatives so we have the resources and network to find suitable replacements. If for any reason our team is unavailable in a way that we don’t feel comfortable we can continue to provide the quality of work and service we strive for — we will not risk compromising your experience — we will promptly issue a full refund and actively assist you in locating someone new — many of whom we know personally — so you can confidently book directly with a reliable, trusted professional. We understand that a photographer’s work always looks better when paired with their intended style and want to ensure you never have to compromise.
Notice for Weddings Planners: Pricing Increases
First and foremost, thank you so much for your referrals! You are truly the backbone of what keeps our dream alive. After seven years of maintaining pricing close to when we started, we know that we are long overdue for a price increase. Beginning in late fall 2026, we will be increasing pricing significantly to match comparatively with our skill level in the industry. These changes will only take effect for weddings booked after late fall, but we want to ensure to provide you with as much advance notice as possible.
